Accidental Damage/Loss Coverage
Say goodbye to confusing damage insurance policies, pet fees and worries about unfortunate and unexpected damages in your cabin. Beavers Bend Getaways, LLC now covers accidental damage to or loss of items in the cabin you have reserved.
Effective February 18, 2013, all reservations (including current reservations) made with Beavers Bend Getaways, LLC are automatically covered for accidental damage to or loss of items in the cabin reserved with payment of a nominal, non-refundable incidental service fee of $15.
Beavers Bend Getaways, LLC Accidental Damage/Loss Coverage includes the following:
- Accidental damage or stains to towels, sheets, and bedding. (Stains caused by lotions or oils excluded)
- Accidental damage or stains caused by pets (pet friendly cabins only).
- Accidental damage or breakage of dishes or glassware.
- Any minor damage to the property or it’s contents that was totally unpreventable and accidental.
- Extra cleaning necessary due to certain accidents.
Accidental Damage Defined: An unexpected and undesirable event resulting in damage or harm to an item in the cabin / an unforeseen incident.
Exclusions:
Intentional or malicious damage. Beavers Bend Getaways, LCC reserves the right to determine if damage to or loss of items in the cabin is due to negligence or malicious intent. If negligence or malicious intent is determined, guest will be charged accordingly for damages.
